Tour My City
#TourMyCity was a campaign about showcasing the diversity in Australian culture and landscapes through the lens of photographers of all levels. The objective of the campaign was to engage with creative individuals and developed content that is innovative in photography. Tour My City was a two-part campaign. For part one of the campaign, we engaged with unique photographers and influencers to showcase their hometowns. The #TOURMYCITY influencers enlisted the help of three unique Australian Photographers who will showcase their hometowns with their P9 and reinvent the way you see their hometowns.
These three Australian Photographers are Meninthistown (@meninthistown) from Woolloomooloo, NSW, surfistatomato (@surfistatomato) from Gold Coast, QLD and Humans of Newtown (@HumansofNewtown) from Newtown, NSW. All the influencers work will be on their Instagram accounts and our Facebook @HuaweimobileAU.
Part two was a photographic Instagram competition which allowed entrants to showcase a town or city through their own lens. The entrants had to post an image with a caption describing why they loved their home town. The grand prize was tickets for two to New Year City to do a streetart photography course. The winners were announced.
